No, it's super easy to cancel your subscription at any time from 'My Account'. You can also skip a delivery, change your frequency or the day you want your order to arrive, and of course, switch up your dishes!
Do I need to be in for delivery?
No. Our boxes are carefully insulated in fully recyclable packaging to keep the dishes freshly frozen until 10pm - ready for you to pop in the freezer when you get home in the evening! We'll send you updates on the day of delivery so you know when it will be delivered.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We always bend over backwards to help make good of any situation and if there is any issue we are happy to refund your first taste of any dish - that’s our promise. Just drop us an email to email@example.com (or feel free to call us Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm - 0208 068 1700).
Can I change my dishes after signing up?
Yes. Once you have registered your account you’ll be able to pick new dishes for your next order. You can customise away until 8am, 2 days before your next delivery is due.
